As a child my parents took me to the wild harvests each spring to collect fresh sap from mature birch trees.
Today, my birch sap is still sustainably hand-harvested in pristine forests for a few weeks in the spring when the trees fill with new vitality! 

After I moved to the beautiful city of Vienna, Austria, I established my own brand of Birch Water: ABSOLUTELY WILD.

With my new line of products, I bring the tradition and the centuries-old knowledge and experience of birch water to West Europe; Asia – and now also to the USA.

I regularly invest in quality controls, inspecting all the steps in the production of my birch waters – from the harvest to the delivery of the final product to the stores.
